Shipping Policy

Sarmali offers free standard shipping on every Family Prayer Rug order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase and no code required.

The Sarmali Family Prayer Rug currently ships only to addresses within the United States. Express and international shipping are not currently offered for this product.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are shipped the same business day. Orders placed at or after 12:00 PM Eastern Time are shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next business day. Free standard delivery within the United States takes approximately 2–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, seasonal volume, carrier interruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

• Tracking information is emailed after the order has been fulfilled.
• Shipping-address changes are possible only before the order has shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed.
• After an order has been shipped or transferred to the carrier, the delivery address cannot be changed.
• Additional shipping charges caused by an incomplete or incorrect address are the customer’s responsibility.

For a delayed package, first review the tracking information and contact the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, email us with your order number and tracking details.
