By accessing or using the store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be the age of majority in your place of residence or use the store with the permission of a parent or guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and not to misuse the store, interfere with its security, violate applicable law, or infringe the rights of others.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and photographs accurately. Screen settings and lighting may cause colors to appear differently.

Products, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue an item at any time.

• Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; an order is accepted after payment is authorized and Sarmali confirms it.
• We may reject or cancel an order because of availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, address problems, or other reasonable circumstances.
• The price charged is the price shown when the order is placed. Applicable taxes are displayed during checkout.
• Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order, with no minimum purchase and no code required.
• Express and international shipping are not currently offered for the Sarmali Family Prayer Rug.
• Orders containing two or more Family Prayer Rugs receive 10% off every Family Prayer Rug in that order automatically.
• You are responsible for reviewing your order and providing accurate billing, payment, and delivery information.

Free U.S. standard shipping and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with rights that cannot legally be waived, those mandatory rights will control.

Sarmali’s name, branding, site design, text, graphics, photographs, and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

Shopify and other providers may supply parts of the store or link to third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Sarmali is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the store or products.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms, together with the policies linked on the site, form the agreement between you and Sarmali.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
