Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Email sarmaliusa@gmail.com before sending an item back and include your order number and reason for the return.

Jewelry Return Conditions

• Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Worn earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Final-sale items cannot be returned unless required by applicable law.

Family Prayer Rug Return Conditions

• The rug must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Include proof of purchase. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Sarmali will provide the appropriate resolution and cover authorized return shipping.
• For a change of mind or unwanted item, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping.
• Sarmali does not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds and Exchanges

After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Starting a Return

Email sarmaliusa@gmail.com with your full name, order number, reason for return, and photographs when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
