Orders for the Sarmali Family Prayer Rug follow our dedicated Family Prayer Rug Return & Refund Policy. In short: 30-day returns for a full refund of the purchase price; the rug must be unused, clean and in its original packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer; no restocking fee; refunds within 5–10 business days after we receive the rug; and a free replacement if the rug arrives damaged or defective. Orders placed with a discount code can be returned on the same terms.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging
Earrings that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Please include your order number with your return

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Store credit is also available.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sarmaliusa@gmail.com with a photo. We will send a free replacement - no need to return the defective item.
