We want you to love your Sarmali jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging
Earrings that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Please include your order number with your return

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Store credit is also available.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sarmaliusa@gmail.com with a photo. We will send a free replacement - no need to return the defective item.
