Free United States Standard Shipping

Sarmali offers free standard shipping on every order delivered within the United States. There is no minimum purchase and no code is required.

Optional expedited services are priced separately and appear only when available for the products in the order. Express shipping is not currently offered for the Sarmali Family Prayer Rug.

Sarmali Family Prayer Rug

Prayer Rug orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day ship the same business day. Orders placed at or after 12:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day.

Free standard delivery within the United States takes approximately 2–7 business days after shipment.

Jewelry Orders

Jewelry orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Available domestic, express, and international services are displayed during checkout based on the items and destination.

Tracking and Address Changes

Tracking information is emailed after fulfillment. Shipping-address changes are possible only before an order has shipped. Contact sarmaliusa@gmail.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, seasonal volume, carrier interruptions, and an incomplete or incorrect address can cause delays.
